Nonprofit Emergency Response Fund - Greatest Need
The Nonprofit Emergency Response Fund – Greatest Need will collect funds prioritized toward the greatest need of nonprofits situated in Rio Arriba and Los Alamos Counties, with priority given to those on the front lines of COVID-19 response.

The Nonprofit Emergency Response Fund – Los Alamos will collect funds prioritized toward the greatest need of nonprofits situated in and serving Los Alamos County, with priority given to those on the front lines of COVID-19 response.
Endowment Funds
Community Endowment for UNM-Los Alamos
Beginning with an initial contribution from Pat Soran, University of NM-Los Alamos Board member, and his wife Ann Hayes, the Community Endowment for UNM-LA provides annual support to underwrite the needs of this important educational resource in our community. Public contributions to the fund are welcome.
Endowment for Duane Smith Auditorium
Los Alamos residents Joan Smith Brown, widow of Duane Smith, and her daughter Kelly Myers provided an initial contribution to establish the Endowment for Duane Smith Auditorium. Community members are invited to add to the fund which provides an income stream to preserve the auditorium for the community of Los Alamos in perpetuity.
Enterprise Bank & Trust Community Endowment
Enterprise Bank & Trust created an endowment to benefit the community of Los Alamos. Investment earnings from the endowment will be directed to the community in the form of grants to local nonprofit organizations, which LACF will administer. Community members are invited to make contributions to this fund. Enterprise Bank & Trust will match, dollar for dollar, the first $50,000 in gifts made to the fund each year.
Los Alamos Community Youth Sports Endowment
Community members Paul and Jill Cook established this fund to benefit youth sports in Los Alamos. Endowment earnings from the fund are directed to organizations that serve youth sports in the community through an annual competitive grant process. The public is invited to contribute to the fund, to help grow the impact it is able to have on our youth.
Los Alamos Family Council Endowment
Public contributions to the Los Alamos Family Council Endowment will provide resources for the organization's operations and/or capital expenditures in perpetuity.
Los Alamos Retired and Senior Organization Endowment
Public contributions to this endowment support the long-term financial security of the Los Alamos Retired and Senior Organization (LARSO).
Los Alamos Retirement Community Endowment
Public contributions to this endowment support the long-term financial security of the Los Alamos Retirement Community (LARC), which includes Aspen Ridge and Sombrillo Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Rosalie Heller Annual Memorial Lecture Endowment
Established by Leon Heller in memory of his wife, Rosalie, the purpose of the Fund is to underwrite expenses associated with the Rosalie Heller Annual Memorial Lecture series currently under the auspices of the Los Alamos Arts Council.
